Maverick India Corporation is an Ahmedabad-based professional services firm working across commercial real estate, investment and brand expansion. From our office at Mondeal Heights on S.G. Highway, we advise corporates, MNCs, institutions, developers, investors, brands and entrepreneurs across Gujarat and India.
We lead leasing transactions between tenants and landlords, source pre-leased and investment-grade assets, place warehousing and industrial requirements, guide land consultancy — and we also build and operate brands ourselves, which is why our advice comes from the operator's side of the table as much as the advisor's.
